Job Duties Include:

1.) Meet with clients, families, and providers on a monthly basis.

2.) Maintain case notes every month for each client.

3.) Gather and inquire information about the client. (Health, safety, well-being, and education etc.)

4.) Creating a plan of service (Yearly)

5.) Responsible for obtaining and informing our clients of community resources and events that would allow the client to better integrate in the community.

6.) Office duties

7.) Traveling/commuting throughout Miami-Dade County.

 

Job Requirements:

Each Candidate MUST have the following criteria:

1.) Bachelor degree  (REQUIRED)

2.) Two years experience as a case manager/social worker  or related field. (REQUIRED)

3.)  Typing Speed: 50 WPM

4.) Native or professional knowledge of the  English  language. (REQUIRED)

5.) Native or professional knowledge of the Spanish language. (REQUIRED)

6.) Attaining attributes: The candidate must have the attributes of a great team player and a welcoming office presence. Our company thrives on competent employees working hard for their clients and with each other.
